Lunar new year dinner.

So we had the standard hokkien reunion dinner feast. minus the abalone cause everyone forgot about it. hahaha.... had a nice family chat afterward. enjoyed!

Lemon Tree

I'm trying to grow a lemon tree... 

I bought some lemons from cold storage and removed the seeds.

I did 2 batches. 

Apparently you can grow lemons in Singapore. 

I dont know how true but this will confirm it. hee

Steps:

1. Remove seeds from lemon

2. Peel the husk off

3. Using finger nail, carefully remove the skin from the seed

4. wet some paper towel and lay the seeds on the paper towel

5. Put it all in a zip lock bag

6. Put it in the sun but ensure that it stays moist

7. WAIT

Christmas is coming

Decided to so some Christmas decoration this year :) so fun! Can't wait for Christmas! All my presents are almost wrapped. Yippee

My sweet god daughter

Caitlyn (kitty girl) is going to spend her first Christmas soon. She has grown... She is such a little darling. :) can't wait to talk to her and annoy her when she is like 4... Time. Flies :)

Tomato soup

I made tomato soup for supper.
I boiled the chicken bones, a large onion, 6 cloves of garlic 4 tomatoes and a carrot for like 3 or 4 hours haha.. Till it was all limpy.. Hahaha!!!
Then added a small tin of hunts tomato paste and some salt, imixed herbs, cayenne powder. Boiled some more. Then put it in the blender.
It was freaking bloody hot when I put it in the blender and didn't cover it properly. The hot gas shot the cover off while it was blending and the "shit hit the fan" and got every where. Scalded my hand. Son of a gun. :(

 I think it was awesome!!! :) minus the scalds haha
